When I purchased the blouse, their ad said they were refund friendly. When the blouse arrived, I normally wear a small but ordered medium just in case. Unfortunately, the blouse was still too small. Upon contacting them, they offered me an $8 refund and told me to give the blouse away. I asked for $10 and never heard back. Before that, I was told that blouses come from China and that the girls were smaller there. They told me they've never had any complaints before. I paid over $22
