The seller did fine, the product, some problems. The adhesive holding it to the ceiling was fantastic, still trying to get it off my ceiling. The magnet to hold it there, very poor. Not nearly strong enough. Unit fell on the floor, broke the battery clips which made it unusable. Unless you place it on the floor. I instead chose to wrap around it, a couple rubber bands, and hag it from a hook I placed in my ceiling. So far so good after one day.
