I rated my experience as Positive, however it wasn’t. I ordered a clear lit tree and when we opened the boxes it was a multi colored tree! I honestly can’t rate it as Neutral because the tree is beautiful and arrived quickly. No problems there just not what I ordered I wanted a clear tree. The Seller is excellent in packing and delivery except they shipped me the wrong tree
